I called Stephen from San Diego asking to hold the car for me and he was extremely courteous and helpful. He held the car, kept the keys and all. Upon our arrival, he took us to the car, I drove it and loved it! Stephen answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable.

The transaction was awesome and as pinless as possible. Stephen was not pushy, he was there when I needed him and gave me enough space. I loved it!

If all sales people were like Stephen, the economy will recover very soon!

Also, I'd like to reconize Kellie from finance departement. She was simply awesome and still helping me till now!
