Truly exceptional customer service!!!! What an outstanding experience and all thanks to Milad Batouli.  He went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our BMW experience. I have dealt with numerous dealer in the past and I can honestly say that these guys are the real deal. A true asset to South Bay BMW and to the BMW family. Both Milad and Eddie Ramos really went to bat for us and did everything as a team to ensure that we were happy and that I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Sergio Herrera is an excellent service representative. I went in for a simple repair on the interior and for a service light on the dashboard. Rather than simply treat my service appointment as routine, he made sure that I get the most out of my visit; he informed me my break fluid and window wipers were due for replacement and still covered by my warranty. Sergio was an attentive service advisor whom I'd highly reccommend to anyone in need of great customer service.

I have been a customer of South Bay BMW for about 2 years. I recently traded up from a 6 series to a M6 back in March of 2012. Ever since that time, I have been treated with nothing but first class service. My service advisor is Kevin Smuckler, and he has taken such great care of me, whether it ranges from brake changes, changing tires, oil changes, or just about any problem that ever comes up. He explains everything in detail and his professionalism is nothing short of excellent. However, what impresses me most is his honesty. He doesn't try to upsell any unnecessary sercives or give you the run around. His straightforward approach is very refreshing to someone who has been to alot of other dealers and who has been frustrated alot of times.

South Bay BMW, in general, has always been a first rate experience. There is a wonderful waiting area with free wi-fi, a pretty decent cafe, a little indoor store, and yes- even a place to get your shoes shined! Once a customer, you become a customer for life.
