I am writing this e-mail to say thank you for your excellent service at
South Bay BMW / MINI. Last Saturday, 5/26, our family purchased a 2012 Mini
Cooper and we were able to experience true customer service from Grace Kim.
The purchasing process was trouble free and unlike what I expected, she
made our trip very pleasant. She was not only friendly, she had all the
expertise and I found her to be very professional in every aspect. She was
very kind to our family and became best friends with our 3 year old
daughter Claire.
